This book is a beautiful, magical and whimsical story. I was looking for a pallet cleanser, and this was exactly what I needed.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙:

❥ The cleaning and cottage organization montage is so satisfying. I could read it over and over again.

❥ I absolutely adored the sidekick Caz, he has so much personality. There are also other creatures you can't help but be enchanted by.

❥ The magic system is based on a natural witchy aesthetic.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:

❥ I wish the romance was a little bit spicier. It was so sweet and innocent.

❥ There were a couple of times toward the end when the main female character's solutions to problems were a little more complicated than they needed to be.

𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 & 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨:

A cozy winter fantasy sprinkled with delicious food, adorable talking plants, and a sweet but slightly grumpy and misunderstood main male character. The story is slower paced with very little action, but it creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙:

❥ The greenhouses sound absolutely magical, and is definitely a place I would want to visit. I’ve always had a thing for greenhouses and the creativity involving each one was a pleasure to read.

❥ The talking plants are absolutely adorable. They added such a fun charming vibe to the story.

❥ I love how the author wrote misunderstood characters who just needed someone to understand and support them so they could bloom into the best versions of themselves.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:

❥ The first book had a wonderful cottage cleaning montage that I was obsessed with and I was looking forward to that in this book, but unfortunately I was disappointed.

❥ The story ended too soon. The conclusion felt underdeveloped, leaving the story without the closure it needed.

𝙒𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙄 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨?

Maybe - it depends on what the next book is about.
