𝙊𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 & 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨:
Pride and Prejudice, but with witches, cozy cottagecore vibes, and a dash of spice. I love Pride and Prejudice adaptations, and this one is definitely my new favorite. It is the perfect cozy day/autumn read. Warm, whimsical, and full of charm. I will definitely be re-reading this fall!
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙:
❥ The closet scene was where everything really took off for me. The chemistry and tension from that moment on? Chef’s kiss. I savored every delicious bit of it.
❥ There are so many wonderful characters in this book. But if I had to pick a favorite, it would be Edgar the talking pint-sized dragon. I need one in my life!!
❥ I live for enemies-to-lovers/hate-to-love banter, and this book delivered!
𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:
❥ There were a few times I didn't quite follow the logic behind some of the decisions or how things played out, however it didn't hurt the overall story and vibes of the book.
❥ Some of my favorite scenes cut short. I would have loved a little more.
