This story pulled me in from the very first chapter. The banter and charming setting gave me Leap Year vibes. A broody, stubborn Irishman has his world turned upside down by an opinionated American redhead.

β₯ Cozy rainy-day vibes, old-town charm, bookshop, and coffeeβ¦ I wanted to pack my bags and move there immediately.
β₯ The characters are so lovable, and the author does an amazing job building a cozy heartfelt, close-knit small-town atmosphere.
β₯ The slow burn, tension and romance caused so many squeals and tingles.

β₯ Emily occasionally gave off that stereotypical βopinionated American abroadβ energy, and I struggled to understand why everyone instantly adored her. My personal observations/experience in Europe has been quite different. Talking and living with Europeans they shared with me that most of them don't like American at first. Especially ones that act like her.
β₯ I wish the tension between Emily and Keiran had lasted a bit longer, they got together a little too quickly for my liking.
