The plot was engaging with a fantastic cast of characters, plenty to love, and a few villains you’ll love to hate. There’s a layer of mystery woven in, but because of Lena’s fortune-teller magic, you often have a good idea of what is coming.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙:

❥ I LOVED all the cute little creatures. They absolutely made the book for me—adorable, full of personality, and endlessly charming.

❥ The family/friend group was incredible. I genuinely wanted to be part of their world—they had such a fun, vibrant dynamic.

❥ The character growth was amazing. Watching Rhylen grow into himself was truly empowering.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:

❥ The main couple got together a little too quickly for my taste. I get why it worked for the plot, but I would’ve loved a slower burn.

❥ Some of the dialogue was tricky to follow at times, I felt like an outsider listening in on an inside joke. They use a lot of terms and slang that I was unfamiliar with.
