I enjoyed this book. The there is a wide range of well-developed characters with interesting personalities you can't help but love or hate. I love the interesting spin on the villain where he isn't good pretending to be bad. He is caught up in his revenge and does horrible things in the process, but I still love him. The only thing I didn't like about the book was the reason he became a villain. I felt like it wasn't a good enough reason to spend your entire life focused on revenge. But maybe there is more explanation in the next book that will help it make sense.
