Ok so let's start with book one. This book was amazing. Beautiful world building and amazing characters!! And OMG the OG shadow daddy!!! I love the hot tempered and lethal stabby heroin. I read the From Blood and Ash series first and it was so cool seeing the tie ins. I felt like I knew all these tasty secrets 😉

Book two was a great continuation in the series. My only issue with it was it felt like more smut than plot. Although it was well written I thought it was a bit much. I did also get a little bored as it went along.

No, I originally thought it was a duology and happily ended it after the second book.
