A very enjoyable read! An intriguing story with a mysterious man with shadow powers, and a love for getting under her skin? Yes please!! I was hooked from the start and didn’t want to put it down. It had that perfect mix of intrigue, tension, and emotion that kept me turning the pages.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙:

❥ The side characters were absolute gems, so full of personality, heart, and growth. I became attached to way too many of them.

❥ The banter, the teasing, that magnetic pull between the main characters? Completely addictive. I can't stop thinking about it.

❥ This book made me feel so many emotions. I love when a story takes me on an emotional ride. For me the mark of a truly great book is when the author can cause the reader to experience each emotion through the course of the book.

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙙𝙞𝙙𝙣’𝙩 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚:

❥ The romance moved a little fast. I wanted a bit more of that delicious, torturous yearning.

❥ A few moments left me feeling slightly lost, like I’d missed a key detail. Everything made sense eventually, but a bit more context sooner would’ve made the flow smoother. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment.
